Each person may hold only one account; duplicate accounts are not permitted and may be suspended without prior notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately through the support channels available in your account dashboard. ph paldo reserves the right to verify your identity at any point and to request supporting documentation as required by applicable regulations. Accounts found to belong to ineligible users will be closed and any pending balances handled in accordance with our internal review process.
ph paldo supports deposits and withdrawals through GCash, Maya, and local bank transfers in Philippine pesos (PHP). All transactions are processed in PHP and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of the transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly upon confirmation fromthe payment provider. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated in the FAQ section; VIP members benefit from priority processing as outlined in the VIP programme terms. ph paldo does not charge internal fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment account you use belongs to you; third-party payment accounts are not accepted. You agree not to attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the platform's systems, games, or other users' accounts in any way. Users found to have engaged in collusion, bonus abuse, or any form of fraudulent activity will have their accounts permanently closed and any associated funds forfeited. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, delays in payment processing, or events beyond our reasonable control, including network outages affecting Philippine mobile providers. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes; any financial outcomes resulting from use of the platform are the sole responsibility of the user. ph paldo does not accept liability for losses arising from a user's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or from the use of the platform in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or section of the platform at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
